近年來，各國政府開始重視創業帶來的經濟成長，透過政策達到對於創業的提倡，讓知識成果能夠對經濟成長帶來積極正面的影響，也能解決經濟結構變化下造成的社會問題，例如失業增加、貧富差距擴大與傳統工業停滯等。因此如何建立框架來研究和評估創業，成為國家政府與國際組織眾所矚目的關注重點。現今全球知識經濟的蓬勃發展下，驅動技術的突破與科學的革新，以知識為基礎的經濟活動所帶來的轉變，被視為創業經濟模式的驅動力，亦即透過新創公司將這些技術與科學知識商業化的過程，使其符合市場需求，才能創造出最大的經濟效益，實現其經濟價值。本研究使用資料包落分析法，對於OECD成員國家進行創業效率的比較與評估，以能夠代表知識經濟的

產出項作為投入變數，衡量知識經濟對於創業效率之影響程度，透過各國間的創業效率之比較，能夠提供國家政策制定者與決策者於知識經濟層面的框架下，判斷且制定出合適的創業政策，幫助國家達成解決目標問題之目的。

and Zimbabwe address the ethics of abortion and reproductive choice. Viewing recent fiction through the lens of new materialist theory - which challenges conventional, individual-based notions of human rights by asserting that all matter holds agency - this book argues that southern African women w

riters anticipate and exceed current feminist revivals of materialist thought. Not only do the authors question contemporary discourse framing abortion as either a confirmation of a woman’s ’right to choose’ or an unethical termination of human life, but they challenge conventional understandings of

development, growth, and time. Through close readings of both literal gestation in the selected texts and the metaphorical reproduction of the post/colonial nation, this study advances the concept of reproductive agency, creating a range of queer ecocritical alternatives to tropes such as those of

’the Mother Country’, ’Mother Africa’, or ’the birth of a nation’. This study situates abortion narratives by Wilma Stockenström (translated by J. M. Coetzee), Zoë Wicomb, Yvonne Vera, and Bessie Head alongside contemporary postcolonial feminist theories, melding traditional beliefs with materialist

搭乘大眾客運能有效地減少都市交通阻塞及汙染問題，提升客運業者服務品質有助於提高民眾的搭乘意願。過去已有許多相關的研究探討客運服務品質，採用服務品質指標（SQI）結合結構方程模型（SEM）等統計方法，或是使用多準則決策分析方法，但是假設準則間是相互獨立關係。但是從現實社會中來看，許多在不同構面下的評估準則與準則之間可能會存在相互影響關係，以及準則之間的非加法關係，因此本研究將提出一個非加法模型考慮準則間的相互影響，探討大眾客運服務品質。本研究採用計算權重的最佳最差方法（Best Worst Method, BWM），可減少準則之間的比較次數，評估每項服務品質的準則所占整體的權重。再透過模糊積分

（Fuzzy integral）考量評估準則之間的非相加性進行績效整合，並以理想解類似度順序偏好法（Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution, TOPSIS）對客運業者的優劣進行排序，並提供管理者改善策略，以有效提升服務品質。本研究以三家台北-宜蘭國道客運公司作為研究對象，研究結果並將與傳統加法行進行比較，探討兩種模型研究結果並提出研究結論。
